1953 Triumph T.R.2

A contribution by Tom Deats from Colorado, USA

This brochure shows the T.R.2 long door version. It was the first production Triumph sports car.
It was called the long door because the doors came all the way to the bottom of the sills. Very sleek looking
(and maybe cheaper to produce) but short lived because people could not get the doors open when parked next to a curb.
