To Nutheim in the little red

We have been looking for several hours and can't find any plane.
It's time to head back down before it gets dark, recearch a bit and come back some other time.

When we got back down to the cabin we met two men who had a story and something to show us.
The grandfather of one of them (who owned the cabin) helped retrieve the victims from the plane crash.
Since those in the plane were the enemy, he decided to take a war trophy in the process, a german helmet.
He made the helmet into a chimney cap for the cabin, it stayed on the cabin for almost 50 years, after that it was put in the shed.

They also told us where the plane was, of course in about the only place we didn't check out! Next time!!!
